ABOUT THIS EXHIBIT

See Us Birth is a Voices for Birth Justice exhibit that aims to bring birthing people and their families a sense of belonging, joy, and comfort as they enter birthing spaces. These images will not solve racial disparities in pregnancy and birth outcomes, but they are a step toward creating a safer, more inclusive space. We hope these portraits — featuring mothers, fathers, pregnant people, and other birth workers who have walked this path before you — will resonate emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
